Almonds are very much known as the memory enhancer. It is believed to be found various vitamins, minerals & nutrients like vitamin E, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Fiber, Calcium, Protein, Iron, etc. Method of use: Say 4-5pcs of almonds could be soaked in water overnight and could be consumed in the next morning. It could be consumed with milk/honey or both.
Storage tip: To maintain its freshness, it should be stored in an air-tight container, preferably in a glass air-tight container.
Best Before: Six Months from pack date. Nine Months if refrigerated.
